FEES
My fee is normally $120.00 per 50-60 minute sessions. Intake sessions are $160.00. Fees, including any co-payment are due at the conclusion of each session.
I believe strongly that everyone deserves the help they need and therefore I offer a sliding scale based on your income and ability to pay.

INSURANCE
I am happy to bill your insurance company for services.
Currently I am contracted with Regence Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Pacific Source, Providence, United Health Care, and other affiliates as an in network provider. I can also bill most insurance companies as an out of network provider and receive reimbursement.
It is helpful, prior to accessing my services to find out from your insurance company what your policy will provide.
